Our story

We couldn’t find it.
So we decided to make it.

Joyful Beet started with something pretty simple: we love fresh juice and smoothies.

After living in El Paso and Albuquerque, we were used to having places nearby where we could grab something fresh, wholesome, and genuinely good. When we moved here, those options were much harder to find—and we figured we probably weren’t the only ones looking.

So we created the kind of neighborhood spot we wished was already here. Good ingredients. Feel-good food. And hopefully, a little more joy in your day.
